Last Updated: June 2025. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the wenpkr platform accessible at wenpkr.click. By creating an account or using any wenpkr service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and wenpkr ("the Platform", "we", "us"). The wenpkr platform operates the website at wenpkr.click and all associated services including the online casino, sports betting, crash games, poker and esports betting sections.
By accessing the wenpkr website, registering an account, or using any part of the platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use wenpkr.
These Terms apply to Pakistani players accessing wenpkr from within Pakistan or from abroad. They apply to all wenpkr products including cricket betting, PSL betting, slots, crash games, live casino and esports betting.
These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming page, which together form the complete agreement between you and wenpkr. In the event of any conflict between those documents and these Terms, these Terms take precedence.

2 Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any wenpkr service. This is a strict minimum and is non-negotiable. wenpkr has zero tolerance for underage gambling and actively enforces age verification at both registration and withdrawal stages.
wenpkr reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or B-Form for younger claimants. Until age verification is successfully completed, withdrawal requests may be held and bonus benefits withheld.
If it is discovered that a player registered while under the age of 18, their account will be closed immediately and all funds — including deposited amounts — may be withheld and reported to relevant authorities as required by applicable anti-underage gambling obligations.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each individual person may hold only one wenpkr account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device or the same IP address — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being suspended. Any winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.
2.3 Personal Use Only
Your wenpkr account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to use your account, place bets on your behalf, or access your account balance. Sharing login credentials is a breach of these Terms.
3 Account Registration
3.1 Accurate Information
When registering for wenpkr, you are required to provide accurate, complete and truthful information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address and your date of birth. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure without refund of deposits.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your wenpkr account password and login credentials. wenpkr will never contact you to ask for your password. If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your permission, you must contact wenpkr support immediately. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.
3.3 Verification Requirements
wenpkr may require identity verification at any stage of your account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, when a suspicious transaction pattern is detected, or as part of a routine compliance review. Required documents may include:
- A copy of your CNIC (front and back)
- A recent utility bill or bank statement showing your address (dated within 90 days)
- A selfie photograph alongside your CNIC
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits
Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe stated by wenpkr support may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.
4 Deposits and Payments
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
wenpkr accepts deposits via the following PKR-native payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank Transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and no currency conversion is applied.
4.2 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount at wenpkr is Rs 500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though wenpkr may apply per-transaction or daily deposit limits in accordance with responsible gaming policies or as requested by the player through their account settings.
4.3 Deposit Processing
Deposits made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are credited to your wenpkr balance instantly upon confirmation. Bank IBFT transfers are credited within the same business day for transactions submitted before 5:00 PM PKT on weekdays. Debit card transactions are processed in real time subject to bank processing confirmation.
4.4 Funds Ownership
By depositing funds into your wenpkr account, you confirm that the money belongs to you, that it is not derived from any criminal activity, and that it has not been obtained through fraudulent means. wenpkr takes anti-money laundering obligations seriously and is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
wenpkr does not charge any transaction fee on deposits. Any fees applied by your bank or payment provider are independent of wenpkr and are not controlled or refunded by us.
5 Withdrawals
5.1 Withdrawal Methods
Withdrawals at wenpkr are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. In cases where the original deposit method cannot accept the withdrawal, wenpkr will contact you to arrange an alternative verified method.
5.2 Processing Times
Withdrawal requests submitted via Easypaisa or JazzCash are processed within minutes of approval. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals complete within the same business day. Bank IBFT transfers are processed within one business day for requests submitted before 5:00 PM PKT on weekdays. Debit card withdrawals may take two to three business days depending on the issuing bank.
5.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits apply and vary by payment method. Players seeking to withdraw amounts in excess of Rs 500,000 may be asked to complete additional verification steps before the transaction is processed.
5.4 Verification Before Withdrawal
wenpkr may require completion of identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This is not an obstruction — it is a standard compliance requirement that protects both the player and the platform. Verification is typically a one-time process for each account.
5.5 Real Money vs Bonus Balance
Only real money balances — that is, funds deposited by you or winnings generated from real money bets — may be withdrawn. Bonus balance that has not yet met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. The bonus balance section of your wenpkr account clearly distinguishes between real money and bonus funds at all times.
6 Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses offered by wenpkr are subject to wagering requirements ("turnover requirements") before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn as real PKR. The specific wagering multiple for each promotion is stated clearly on the promotion page and in the bonus confirmation message. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the wagering requirement before claiming any bonus.
6.2 Bonus Eligibility
Each promotion offered by wenpkr states its eligibility criteria. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to verified Pakistani players who have not previously claimed the same promotion type. Employees of wenpkr and their immediate family members are not eligible for any player promotions.
6.3 Bonus Abuse
wenpkr monitors all bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. If bonus abuse is detected, wenpkr reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings and close the account.
6.4 Bonus Expiry
All bonuses at wenpkr have an expiry period, which is stated at the time of the bonus offer. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated period, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically. Expiry periods cannot be extended unless wenpkr announces otherwise.
wenpkr reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to ongoing promotions with reasonable advance notice where possible.
7 Betting Rules
7.1 Bet Acceptance
All bets placed on wenpkr are subject to acceptance by the platform. wenpkr reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on incorrect odds caused by technical errors, bets that appear to exploit pricing errors, or bets placed by accounts under review for suspicious activity.
7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes
The minimum stake on sports betting markets is Rs 50 per bet. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event type. These limits are displayed in the bet slip before you confirm your bet. wenpkr reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific accounts if unusual betting patterns are detected.
7.3 Settlement of Bets
Bets are settled based on the official result published by the relevant governing body for the sport or event in question. For cricket, this is the ICC or the relevant board (PCB for domestic events). For esports, it is the official tournament organiser. Results are typically settled within 30 minutes of the official result being declared.
7.4 Cancelled or Abandoned Events
If a match or event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed before the completion threshold defined in wenpkr's sport-specific rules, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned. For live in-play bets, specific settlement rules apply depending on how much of the event was completed. Full details are available in the sport-specific rules section within your wenpkr account.
7.5 Obvious Errors
In the event of an obvious error in pricing — for example, a team priced at 1.01 to win an event where they are clearly the 3.0 outsider — wenpkr reserves the right to void the relevant bets regardless of whether they have already settled. This provision protects the integrity of the platform and applies to all betting products.

8 Casino and Game Rules
8.1 Game Integrity
All casino games available at wenpkr — including slots, live casino tables, crash games and poker — use certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, real physical dealing equipment streamed via camera. RTP (Return to Player) values for all slot games are independently certified and published within each game panel. Crash game results use provably fair algorithms that can be independently verified by any player.
8.2 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that interrupts a game round in progress, wenpkr's outcome is based on the last verified complete state of the game at the time of the malfunction. If a round cannot be completed or reconstructed accurately, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account. wenpkr is not responsible for losses caused by the player's own internet connection failure.
8.3 Responsible Gameplay
wenpkr's casino games are entertainment products. All outcomes are random and past results do not influence future results. Players are encouraged to set a session budget before playing and to use the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings at any time.
9 Responsible Gaming
wenpkr is committed to providing a safe gambling environment. The platform provides all registered players with the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from their account settings:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total PKR you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before they activate.
- Loss Limits: Set a maximum net PKR loss per day, week or month. When the limit is reached, betting and casino access is paused for the remainder of the period.
- Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration. An alert is displayed when the limit is reached and access pauses until the following calendar day.
- Self-Exclusion: Block all access to your wenpkr account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 12 months. Self-exclusion activates immediately upon request and cannot be reversed before the chosen period ends.
- Reality Checks: Receive regular on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net gaming activity during a session.

10 Account Suspension and Closure
10.1 Suspension by wenpkr
wenpkr reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time if any of the following conditions apply:
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
- Being under 18 years of age
- Operating multiple accounts
- Engaging in bonus abuse or exploitation of pricing errors
- Money laundering, fraud or any other criminal activity
- Match-fixing, insider information abuse or any activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event
- Aggressive, abusive or threatening behaviour toward wenpkr staff or other players
- Using automated betting software, bots or any form of artificial betting assistance not approved by wenpkr
10.2 Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your wenpkr account at any time by contacting support at support@wenpkr.click. Before closing, any pending bets will be settled according to normal rules. Any real money balance remaining after pending bets are settled will be returned via your verified withdrawal method. Bonus balance that has not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
11 Limitation of Liability
wenpkr provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, wenpkr's liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
wenpkr is not liable for:
- Loss of profits or anticipated winnings
- Losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side
- Decisions made by the player based on information available on the platform, including live scores, statistics or odds
- Service interruptions caused by third-party payment processors or game providers
- Force majeure events including natural disasters, government action, cyberattacks or other events outside wenpkr's reasonable control
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law. These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable legislation.
12 Privacy and Data Protection
wenpkr collects and processes personal data only to the extent necessary to operate player accounts, process transactions, verify identity, prevent fraud and comply with applicable legal obligations. Your data is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption and is never sold to or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
You have the right to request a copy of all personal data held about you by wenpkr, and the right to request deletion of that data where deletion does not conflict with legal retention obligations. Exercise these rights by emailing support@wenpkr.click.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which wenpkr is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of the wenpkr platform that cannot be resolved informally will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules of the governing jurisdiction.
Before initiating any formal dispute process, players are encouraged to contact wenpkr's support team directly to resolve the matter informally. The majority of account queries, payment issues and game-related disputes are resolved at support level without the need for formal escalation.
wenpkr will respond to all formal dispute submissions within 14 business days and will make reasonable efforts to reach a fair resolution in the interests of both parties.
